Session Cards

Session Cards and Club Concessions

Session Cards allow 10 entrances to the Rink and are available for skaters who wish to skate on a regular basis at a reduced rate and who have their own skates. There are 3 types of cards available, each denoted by a different colour. The right card for you depends on the sessions in which you wish to skate.

Red Card
The red card permits you to skate at any Public Session.
Cost: $190 for Adults, $180 for Students and $170 for Children (U16)

Green Card
The green card permits you to skate at any of the Special Sessions set aside for those skaters who take private lessons.
Cost: $160 (Children, Students and Adults)

Blue Card
The blue card permits you to skate on Coffee Club mornings.
Cost: $170 (all ages)

Session Cards:
Do not include skate hire as must have own skates
Are non refundable
Are non transferable (each card is allocated to one and only one person)
Must be used within 12 months from date of purchase
Do not cover special sessions such as competitions, tests, hockey, shows etc

Quarterly Tickets

Season tickets offer substantial savings for the serious skater with his/her own skates. For a specified price, skaters can attend unlimited sessions during a 3 month period.

Quarterly Tickets may be used for all Public Sessions as well as Private (Green Card) sessions, provided the ticket holder is currently taking private lessons.

Quarterly Tickets must be presented to the Cashier before each entry to the Rink.

As the quarter progresses, the two-monthly and one-monthly tickets become available.

Quarterly Ticket Conditions:
Do not include skate hire (ticket holders must have their own skates)
Are non refundable and non transferable (each ticket allocated to one person only)
Do not cover special sessions such as competitions, tests, hockey, shows etc
All tickets expire on the last day of each quarter

Payment can be made by cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).


Macquarie Ice Rink is located in Macquarie Shopping Centre on the corner of Waterloo and Herring Roads, North Ryde 2113 Sydney Australia.

We are open every day except Christmas Day and operate with day and night sessions. These sessions differ between school term and school holidays, so take care when checking session times.


Train: To Macquarie University Station.

Bus: To Macquarie Shopping Centre/Macquarie University.

Car: Unlimited parking anywhere within the Shopping Centre. First 3 hours parking is free (we can validate an extra hour upon request).
